I always enjoy my stay at Thena. You can’t beat the location. The neighborhood is really walkable and there are a ton of food and coffee options close by. The bed is comfortable and the linens were really nice. I’ve stayed a few times and never had any issues.

I can’t say enough about Scott as a host! Before I could even unpack I received a text from him saying that he was made aware there were no coffee pods in the house and he was having them delivered within a couple hours. When we were missing a hand towel, Brenda from the cleaning crew insisted on coming to the house to get us the towel and anything else we needed. Scott and team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable and he was extremely responsive and friendly! As for the house itself, it was perfect. We felt immediately at home, and the location was super convenient to everything we had planned. We will 100% rent the house again!

We had a great stay at Dewey and absolutely loved this condo! Everything was updated, clean, and visually appealing. Great quality sheets and towels, and we had everything we needed. The location is perfect, and having two parking spots is key.<br/>We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay. The place was fully stocked with everything we needed for our group of a couple of families, including a crib, high chair, and a bunch of toys for the little ones we had along with us. The location was convenient to hikes, so we ventured out here and there, but mostly we took advantage of the large space, grill, and other amenities. Would definitely recommend!

Bespoke Stay

The condo is one block from the Independence Hall area and one block from the subway and several bus lines including the Philly Phlash that runs Friday to Sunday connecting tourist areas.<br/>We were notified two weeks in advance that the elevator was not working and the host gave us a refund of $260 to compensate for it which we felt was more than fair. He always responded immediately when we text. <br/>This is a city so you will hear street noises. The only negative is the bed in the back bedroom is uncomfortable.

I'm hesitant to say how much we enjoyed staying at this Airbnb for fear of it not being available when we want to stay there again. Location is excellent. Very quiet. Slept 2 couples comfortably. Very spacious living area. Entry instructions were clear. Great food near by. Parking is challenging - but if you read the signs and are willing to move the car (or add money on the parking App) by 8am - you can park free overnight. There were no issues with our stay and I highly recommend this unit and location.

Rental was clean and ready to go. There were so many places to eat and visit within walking distance and we parked in one lot and never used the car. it's a bit misleading to note people can drive up to the unit to unload-road is extremely narrow and cars much bigger than a small crv most likely won't fit. So we had to unload and haul our stuff quite a ways. Not sure if this is normal for the area but the majority of the area doesn't have trash bins so there are bags of garbage by the streets for blocks.

Scott's 3 floor house is incredible. It definitely came with high vibrations, space, peace, flare and luxury.<br/>Everything I needed at the time! Scott and his cohosts are all very kind, respectful, professional, attention to detail and helpful.<br/>I had a late check-in at 4:00 AM in the morning and Scott and his team responded quickly to accommodate me.<br/>I look forward to booking Scott's divine place  in the future. It's my favorite I've booked so far on this platform!<br/>Thanks again Scott.....

This cozy & clean studio was perfect for our weekend stay in Philly.  The apartment is in an awesome neighborhood within safe walking distance to so many food/bars/tourist attractions/local flare.  Parking is definitely a bit of a nightmare, but our solution was to park at a Metropolis parking garage near South St.  It was about a mile from the Airbnb, but we wanted to walk around anyway so it was a worry-free option that worked well for us.  We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Philly!
