We had an amazing New Year’s Eve. It was a great place to bring 2026 and the house was very clean. Everything was well put together. We were very comfortable. We definitely will be booking again thank you God bless.

Scott was absolutely phenomenal. Very quick to respond along with extremely helpful. We enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful and it was tucked back in a quiet area of the neighborhood. The view up the mountain side to the home is stunning.

We stayed here for a few days (including NYE) with our six year old and infant. The apartment is immaculate and just a beautiful place to relax at home. We found free parking on the street at Fairmount and 5th, and we walked everywhere. We’ll definitely stay here again as it’s perfectly located in the city and right next to the Spring Street Septa station.

Scott and James were responsive hosts.  They answered our questions quickly and made the process easy.  The condo was spotless and nicely appointed with many amenities. The beds were super comfortable and the noise machines were a nice touch for a good night’s rest.  The apartment was very quiet-  Being beach block was fantastic-  walked the beach each morning.  Would definitely recommend.

Had a wonderful stay here. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. The place was clean, open and perfect for a weekend stay. The hot tub was clean and really enjoyable, the neighborhood quiet and scenic. Would absolutely stay here again.

Bespoke Stay

We had a relatively big crew for our winter Philadelphia adventure with the in-laws. Scott's place easily accommodated all of us and was in an awesome location!<br/>About parking: We always found parking outside and luckily it's a street with no parking restrictions!<br/>The space was clean and full of all the amenities you'd expect from a well-run airbnb (towels, kitchen utensils, toiletries coffee, etc.).<br/>I have to give Scott props. The property was easy to find/check-in/check-out. Scott even had it ready well ahead of the check-in time!<br/>I highly recommend this space for families and travelers looking for a quiet walkable neighborhood in Philadelphia.

James' place offered a great value for the space in a wonderful, very convenient location.  We were able to easily explore on foot to explore our separate interests (shopping, museums).  It was wonderful to have the grocery store next door and a bunch of wonderful coffee spots and restaurants nearby.  We lucked out and got parking right in front and didn't move our car again for the rest of our stay.  We easily took Lyft/Uber when needed to reach center city, where parking would be difficult anyway.  We had a wonderful stay.

We had a great stay at Scott’s Airbnb. We came to Philly to spend Christmas with family in the area. Scott’s place was the perfect spot for us. We had everything we needed and the location was great. Walkable to so many great restaurants, coffee spots and yoga studio. The Acme across the street was a bonus! We didn’t get to enjoy the rooftop since it was December but it would be great in the warmer months. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall I had a great stay, the place is in a great location with a huge bed, modern updated vibe throughout. Just a couple things could be improved, the main things being the place is very drafty and cold, even with the heaters going at full blast 24 hours it was difficult to keep the place warm. It wasn’t unbearable but it was definitely noticeable.  Other than that it’s a cozy nice spot.

I really can’t say enough about how perfect Scott’s place was for our much needed family vacation. Everything from the cleanliness and modern decor to the comfortable couches and sumptuous beddings was welcoming! The apartment was perfectly stocked with everything for our needs and we were more than pleased with our 10 day stay and our fabulous host! Scott is a very caring and professional host who quickly  responded to all questions we had about the space and the Island and made our stay the best it could be.😊

The home was lovely and location perfect.  The kitchen has all necessary cookwear.  The furnishings were in very good condition.  Beds were a bit on the small side (double in the main floor bedroom and twin in one of the upstairs rooms).  <br/>Home was "dog friendly", which is not always simple to find!  Given the positives, it was certainly worth what we paid.
